It is with mixed emotions that I present the following videos. This Saturday the website celebrated its first birthday with a show at The Pour Haus featuring Deer Meet, Dude Plays Saxophone and Brian Beyke. Upon the conclusion of the evening's performances I was informed that I had witnessed the final show that will be held at The Pour Haus. I feel honored to have been part of this event but am deeply saddened by the news. Louisville has lost one of the best music venues citywide and the premiere venue for local acts. Which other mid-size venues in this city provide musicians with a sound engineer? Jamison did an excellent job on Saturday as he always does and Robin made my first experience in promotion a complete breeze. I want to personally thank the owners and staff of the Pour Haus for treating the city to some excellent shows and wonderful memories.
